Swiss International Airlines came to us with the challenge of increasing sales for business and first class travel, and specifically, grow sales of seats on new direct flights from SFO to Switzerland. Our approach was to focus on flights that were longer than 8 hours to tap into the business traveler market, and aggregate a list of businesses within 75 miles of SFO that had a high propensity to travel to Switzerland. MODCo then devised an OOH media strategy to target the administrative assistants booking trips, and developed a creative media execution that mimicked Swiss’ first class experience within bus shelters. We also built an experiential campaign that focused on events for corporate travel agents to maximize relevant touch points.
